Masterbatch

Aldoro offers excellent aluminum pigment options for use in masterbatches, namely Stanlux Pell, products in pellets, and Stanlux Paste “OP”, aluminum pastes in paraffin oil. These products meet all technical requirements for injection molding or blown film extrusion.

Our products are commonly used in agriculture (mulching film), cosmetic packaging, housewares and flasks in general, among others.
It is always recommended to use metallic pigments in the formulation of a masterbatch or mixtures, as the direct use of metallic pigments in resin during the extrusion or injection-molding process may cause technical problems leading to significant production losses.

Description

STANLUX Pell: are aluminum pigments in the form of pellets with polyethylene wax in their compositions and specifically for use in masterbatch or plastic compounds.

ALDORO’s STANLUX Pell line has varied options of particle sizes to meet specific requirements for use in extrusion, injection, blowing, among others. This product line offers important benefits such as safety and ease of handling, in addition to improving the cleanliness of the process environments, as they avoid dust.

These products also offer important transport and storage advantages as they are NOT classified as dangerous goods.
